At Gigisoasis, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness to all clients and staff, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours notice, as well as failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment (no-shows), will result in a $50 cancellation fee. This fee helps cover reserved time and operational costs.

By booking an appointment with Gigisoasis, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or forfeiture of the appointment, at the discretion oft he service provider, to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments.

Gigisoasis reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance whenn applicable.
