"Eyebrow curling" refers to the cosmetic practice of using a dedicated tool, similar to an eyelash curler, to gently bend and lift the eyebrow hairs, creating a more defined arch and giving the appearance of fuller, more lifted brows; this is often achieved through a salon treatment called "brow lamination" which essentially "perms" the eyebrow hairs into a desired shape.
